Jeddah is their religious city. Riyadh is relatively liberal i think ? Or is it the other way round ? I know some of their cities are just like any other place. Its only the religious cities where the zealots rule...

A lot of friends used to go for Haj, thats what they told me.

I know drinking in private residences is allowed in UAE and Oman and most other states. Is it allowed outside aramco in SA ? DO hey have the equivalent of liquor licences for non moslems, like elsewhere ? I doubt it, hence the bridge to Bahrain.
