Jeepers! Mind you, from what I know of officialdom I can't say I'm surprised. I think we have too many computers and systems. It allows people to survive without thinking or making decisions. Making decisions and taking responsibility are are two important attributes. CYA isnt. I wonder how easy it is for a Saudi Arabian pilot called Mohammed to travel in the USA these days?
