Listening to clips of the W radio show...
"I'm talking with Russia, China, Britain, France, etc"....
His next line should have been:
"isn't it amazing? after snubbing our noses and treaties at them for the entire first 9 months in office, I'm actually TALKING to them again..."
and they actually TOOK his calls!
