Didn't the ceo guide for lower license revenues on the Q1 CC?

If Q2 came in on target, why did the stock go down after the Q2 earnings release? It had to be either valuation, missing estimates or guiding lower. Not all software stocks went lower after July earnings, so I know it wasn't just "the market".

Is this the second quarter in a row that the company has seen lower license revenues?

I bet if I looked into this further, there was something not up to expectations on their July earnings release.

In any case, this stock is priced too high to have guidance come down again. If they do have to guide lower, I'll be able to buy the stock under 10, but I'm not sure I'd want to.

I think I'll just wait for the economy to stabilize a little. The old economy companies buy from sebl and if they aren't in good shape, they aren't going to be upping IT budgets and sebl will be guiding lower again.
