I actually think it is the first leg in a new bull market, but as said a umber of times, I expect a retest (successful, namely no breach, or just nominal intraday breach of th September lows) of the lows. The reason is the excess pessimism that pervaded the market during the September lows. The question is how long will that bull move be, I really do not know and it will depend a lot on th nature of the retest as well as on exogenous factors.
