hi clappy, i watched the show last night too. really enjoyed it. really choked me up though. seeing everyone holding up the prayer cards and obits of their loved ones. so sad. nice they all could get together to hear some music other than bagpipes and danny boy for a change. my heart breaks for all those that lost their precious loved ones in this tragedy. we will not forget and we will not forgive. the foundations of freedom still stand tall in memory of those who lost their lives. she p.s. i loved the cop from rockaway <vbg>

The thread leader and some of the folks over there appear to be as narrow minded as the flag waving conservative folks they condemn. I don't think I would be wasting much time with folks there anyway. Not my kind of people. On the same list as as the hard line right wingers from the Bush thread. Hang on there for a minute, clappy. I just read your message to elp over on the Kissy thread, which is moderated and politically liberal. Why on earth would you apologize for posting a political rant here on your own "home" thread: Message 16532733 And then go to a thread which you don't frequent, post a conservative rant there, and expect to be welcomed? And the ad hominem attacks don't seem like you at all. Everybody's facing these times in their own fashion. There's so much anger and ugliness out there, even on SI. I don't begrudge any group of people forming a place to talk things through.
