CLHB: I know this company well. I would be surprised if this work adds much to their bottom line. They will get some nice emergency rates for the work, but they are not a very well run company (IMO). The profit they finally delivered last year was mostly attributable to some huge spills they cleaned up. Look at the previous 4 years before.

Still, that said, you can't argue with technicals and PR for a short term ride.
