Well, not more......There were arguably mistakes that had nothing to do with Clinton. There were arguably mistakes that Clinton made. The one thing that those blaming Clinton have in their favor is that by his Administration, attacks on US targets (the WTC garage and the Kenyan embassy, notably) had become bolder, and more was known about Al- Qaeda. When we left Afghanistan, we did not anticipate such a militant regime, since there are so many factions, it seemed a broader coalition was necessary. When we broke off the attack on Iraq, it was because the coalition would not support it, and with the hope that oppositionists would finish the job. That was not unreasonable, but it was chancy. By the nineties, the problem was more apparent.......
