I wonder if Dell-advertising-laden PC Magazine will ever stop giving poor performing Dell systems their Best Buy award due to Dell's past reputation for good service. Who said that money can't buy you love?

How come Dell finishes first or second in all customer service polls in the last few years? They lost first to Compaq last year, buy recently got it back.
