Siebel Systems, Inc., the world's leading provider of eBusiness applications software, is implementing one of the largest European Siebel eBusiness solutions to date at Deutsche Telekom AG, Europe's largest telecommunications company. The objective of this comprehensive eBusiness deployment is to further improve service and customer satisfaction among Deutsche Telekom's customers.

Building on the success of existing Siebel eBusiness implementations within the company, Deutsche Telekom is introducing Siebel eCommunications, the Siebel Industry Application uniquely tailored to the specific business practices of communications companies, and other Siebel eBusiness Applications as a prerequisite for improving service among over 40 million of the company's residential and small business customers.
