Multiculturalism is a lie and a fraud. No liberal can point to any place in the world where conflicting cultures co-exist in a peaceful manner. If an African man wants to mutilate his wife are we as a nation to let him ? Of course not. We want the best culture. And that is available to all races and all people. We dont want slavery which is still prevalent in the Muslim and African world. We rejected that notion long ago. The non-western cultures with the exception of some of the Asian cultures are buried in the antiquity of the past with its barbarism and repression of the masses.

"What we need is Americans who appreciate and respect their own and each other's heritage." Isn't that, in essence, the definition of multi-culturalism, something the RW is strictly against and instead is for things like English as an official language, segregated neighborhoods and schools, our god is better than your god, jingoism, etc etc..

They tried to sell us multiculturism and that "global village" garbage because they loathe real AMERICAN culture... The Statue of Liberty says... "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door! IMO they are welcomed here because we know they, or their children, or their children's children eventually will BECOME AMERICAN. Because of this we shine. Unfortunately, most of the left (whether they know it or not) believe the opposite is true.
