While Nixon was certainly in the wrong, his abuse of power in no way compares with that of Clinton. Nixon's problems stemmed from a single incident (that we know of, at least). Clinton's administration was by far the most corrupt of modern times, and perhaps in the nation's history, culminating in a series of pardons that can only be described as a national embarrassment. Really? Your bias kind of twists your thinking, doesn't it? You must have made one hell of a liberal.Nixon was a pretty good president who made a fatal mistake. Overall, even with his moral failure, he had major accomplishments -- as a result, he was able to restore some level of dignity to his presidency before his death. Clinton was sorry from minute one, and as a result, his failed presidency cannot take credit legitimately for even one significant accomplishment. History will remember Clinton only as a horrible, failed president. Of course, lots of us in Arkansas knew that before he was ever elected. Nixon was a fairly decent president??!!!! I would suggest you read some history books.........he was a scumball. He had a major moral lapse and many would consider his lapse much worse than Clinton's.If you can't put forth a legitimate argument against this post please don't bother to reply. You'll only show your shallowness [again]. Don't expect more than you are willing to produce yourself. Your arguments are one sided and so biased that they are not worth the effort of a legitimate response. If there was even a hint of reasonable discourse, I would make the effort but that ain't about to happen in this lifetime. My experience of conservatives are that they often are the ones who whine the loudest......claiming to have found the one true religion but they can't get anyone to listen. I no longer have to wonder why.
