You have no idea what the prevailing business "culture" is today. How would you? As a start, go talk to the N.H. folks, over age 40, who work for IBM and were forced from a defined benefits pension plan to a cash-balance pension plan a year or two ago.

Then you will see why we still have a need for unions in this country.
