Filo, Filo, I am not for the use of nukes unless they cross the line again after we give them and whatever state sponsors there are fair warning. Of course the current anthrax stuff could be someone else. I gave the criteria and these folks will not give one inch. 250k dead in bio/chem attack in multiple cities and we have a chance to get BL and 5000 maniacs in a cave without collateral damage and little radiation. That was the scenario both jacob and I put forth. Richard answered honestly and said no. I couldnt believe the guy would have such a matter of fact reaction to his own and his families survival.
