You put your finger on the problem with these kinds of calculations. On the site I gave you, for example, they admitted that they counted contributions from white collar individuals as business contributions, but did not try to track individual blue collar contributions. But more than that, the in- kind contributions, like providing manpower, is never quantified as dollar contributions, and yet is worth an enormous amount.
