Thank you Dave, I understand your sentiment but I thought I was the luckiest guy on earth. I guess that's a distinction we can share!<g> I don't know your exact situation but I do understand how the shi\fting sands of government can be difficult at best to deal with some times. This comment caught my eye as well as the same could be said of my business as well. Forestry is an activity that you don't just start and stop every time you change politicians. Most people have no idea what it's like to have a large potion of your life's saving and personal asssets pledged to a bank as collateral and to have your life's work riding on the success or failure of the entrerprise you've funded. Although the rules keep changing, the bank, the landlord, and all your creditors keep sending the bill.
