Of course our terrorists do not have to be any less capable than theirs. But they don't have the money to get that stuff. Only three labs in the world, (6 Germany? France? Canada?) can they get it and it would cost shekels.... Canada has Anthrax too. I don't want to say where but we did do some tests. All our stuff gets stolen too. Our government hires all sorts of people who are kind of shady just because it wants to appear fair to all sorts of folks. We gave our Tokamak technology to Iran. The A-bomb to Israel, India and China by selling them Candus and in some cases letting them steal nuclear isotopes from our labs. I would not be too suprised to find that the director or some higher ups in our bio-weapons program are Pakistani or Iraqui spies. Certainly the Chalk river people recently dismissed were suspected agents on the lookout for Plutonium. That is our head up the ass, Liberal government. They will hire a person a child could tell is a risk, with a phony foreign piece of paper, and let a domestic who could build them free energy sweep the streets.
