Here is a speculative name that is going to do well in a sea of liquidity. NXTL was on the ropes earlier this year as other startup telcos went under with the strain of high financing costs. NXTL's future was in question until September 11th. Due to the massive liquidity injection to the system, NXTL will be able to get financing much cheaper than previously expected. Their latest earnings report suggest relative robust subscriber growth numbers as well. So, this one looks like a survivor. Technicals have improved a great deal despite the lack of substantial price appreciation. OBV also showing a good deal of accumulation. This is worth a stab as a cheap play with initial upside to around $13. long NXTL.

RFMD
These two names may be a bit confusing on the charts. They have not done much in the last few months, marking time at best. Recently both names have had massive volume with earning releases. But Joe Granville's OBV (on balance volume)indicator is showing massive accumulation going on with the two. As prices drifted, and even went lower, OBV kept going up. So, I am adding to these names here and on pull backs for what I consider relatively lower risk tech plays for they haven't had the kind of price move like other high fliers. long RFMD, long CTXS, CTXS Nov 25 calls.
