Easy to say. Now sit back and imagine. I mean really picture it. You see people cutting off your mother's nose to steal her ring. You cant do anything at the time. What goes on thru your mind throughout the rest of your life whenever you think about it. Do you say..

a. Its all right I forgive them.
b. Hate them for the rest of their lives.
c. take revenge if you had the capability and the opportunity.

Is the US saying lets forgive the people who attacked WTC or is it saying "Wanted Dead or Alive"? If the latter, is it because it has the capability?

Is India saying lets forgive the people (who have taken credit) who bombed a govt. building in kashmir and killed 42 people? Is it saying "wanted dead or alive"? Why not? perhaps it does not have the capability (similar to the US) or the opportunity? Does that mean you would advise them to "bury the hatchet. Thats the way to go"?

Its easy to sit back give advise from the comfort of ones easy chair. But as the Native American Indian saying goes "Do not judge a man until you have walked a mile in his moccassins".
