Your people obviously saw the plane after it had descended during its second 360. Personally, I hardly ever notice aircraft above 10,000 feet.

The charts are pretty clear on this. Refuting the exact words of those responsible for the plane's flight path is pretty weak.

As best I can make out, the controllers saw the plane southwest of Dulles, heading east towards the District. That would put it northeast of Reagan at the time of sighting, and roughly along Interstate 66. That would mean that it could have been heading for any of the three possible targets. However, the side of the Pentagon that was targeted would have involved an otherwise unnecessary turn. Also, Reagan would not necessarily have gotten a visual if the plane came across the river around the Mall, especially with things happening quickly. Finally, with all of the buildings in the area, from Constitution Hall to the Corcoran, from the Organization of American States to the Old Executive Office Building, it could easily be confusing from a great height and peculiar angle what you were supposed to hit. Thus, I find the controllers account pretty compelling. Now, review for me why I should not believe it.......
