Hi Ray,
I guess I've viewed BRW and WCG as the alpha sites who were only the first to adopt the next generation network. Others, like Qwest, Telefonica, etc, want to implement the new system but need to see substantial proof that CORV is for real, especially when you consider the cost involved. No one wants to blow a few hundred million dollars these days on something that won't last (or work), especially in the telecom industry. Even committing to test a new system like CORV's is a bold move that's pretty expensive if it doesn't work out. At the same time, if they can deliver what they promise, they offer the buyer a chance to provide additional value added services to their customers, something all the major telecom players want to offer.
