To anybody duel booting XP or W2K Pro w/ Win 98 or ME,
assuming 98 or ME is on your C: drive and XP or W2K is D: if you set the swapfile on D: to "0" max and min it recreates on C: so it can be moved to the outer edge of the HD with Norton Disk Dr. If left on D: the best you can do is have it right after C:

You can edit the registry and disable autoplay for all cd's via this article from Microsoft

support.microsoft.com

or you can hold down the shift key for a few seconds when you insert the cd.
