Re: You can buy full OEM versions of Consumer or Pro on the web for <$100 and about $140 respectively. I would purchase either one over retail(Best Buy etc.) upgrade or full versions, which are more expensive.

I've never bought an OEM version before. Other than a lack of box and manuals, are there any other details I need to be aware of?
