Larry, a few years ago we would cheer a buy-out...meat a good gain. Now they are just bought on the cheap and absorbed into another usually bloated organization;ie, General instrument--a real gem--then bought by MOT--sad.
As for SGI--not bad if you were a buyer at .45 0r .50--notice the period in front of the numbers---and they got the real estate cheap.
