Don't expect that this war will be over anytime soon. The administration meant it when they said it will take years. This is not TV any more but real life. The press is already asking when the war will end. If this country does not have the fortitude any longer to fight a real war then God help us. This will not end with success in Afghan. On the home front it will take just as long or longer. Our borders have been so porous and records can't be great. People move, leave no forwarding address and change names. I think having over 600 in custody is remarkable. There are probably many more. For sleeper agents what can you do even when identified or suspected until they screw up or make a hostile move? This is a real tough nut. At least they aren't as smart or careful as the mafia. What if we were dealing with the Chinese instead of these clowns? I'll bet they wouldn't be leaving the paper trails the terrorists have left and they wouldn't be carrying flight manuals into the country. Did you see the guy the Italians picked up a day or 2 ago?
