Hmm...sounds like some of the politicians haven't completely picked up on the change in the political landscape. The 90% approval figure that was recently cited relative to our current military action is huge. The polls have also shown a recognition that casualties are likely and a price that must be paid. I can't imagine why anyone would think that the U.S. electorate would not have staying power in the face of such a huge attack on U.S. soil.
