I think the way you do it is privatly offer a huge billion dollar reward for governments who can get OSAMA. If a country like sudan, or libya coaxed Osama to come then turn him over they would get a HUGE windfall. I still believe that the bounty on Bin laden should be MUCH higher. How bout 100mill or more to really encourage someone to turn him in. If you were some Al Jezerra journalist who knew where he was etc.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia already sold the US down the river by establishing the Southern Alliance. More and more this campaign starts to smell as a failure of the US from a diplomatic point of view. Russia is firm behind the Northern Alliance and Iran a sympathizer and the rough countries like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will bring another version of Taliban to power.

We are doomed because people like Powell are running the show. We will endure much more terror attacks in the future.
