RM, the capture of the terrorist was published at the time as affiliated with OBL, but the reason was keep secret by the Israelis ........and nothing was published after wards in the Israeli press which may make this article valid.

did you ever see the Frontline special on Soviet nuclear arsenal and suitcase bombs?
Not at all reassuring; i recall them interviewing an 'expert' at the CIA who said, in response to a soviet generals remark that of the 45 suitcase bombs they built, they could only account for about 20, "the soviets have never been very good at acounting, we think the number missing is much less than that"...
