Nice dumping if you can get to do it. Not only are they getting their underwriting fee but most trades this week have been well above the $7.50 issue price. I imagine a lot of the trades this week have been from the following

"A final prospectus for this equity offering was filed today and closing is expected to occur on October 4, 2001. Advantage has also granted the underwriters an option, expiring 30 days after the date of closing, to purchase up to 750,000 trust units at a price of $7.50 per trust unit to cover over-allotments, if any"

It may well test the $7.50 mark on Monday as it will be trading xdiv.

Recent hedging seems to have locked in the .15 dividend going forward. Am I correct to assume that the .15 is virtually assured as a minimum for the next 6 months.
