America will not kill and is not responsible for deaths caused by the Taliban government in there war of terrorists against America.

America is certainly responsible for the fate of those caught in the crossfire so to speak. We cannot go after Bin Laden and his crew and a few hundred people only to allow millions to starve. Our government can claim the deaths are caused by the Taliban should they starve this winter, but barring our military presence in Afghanistan, most of these people would probably not starve to death; so in fact WE are indeed responsible for the people in Afghanistan. And 900,000 rations over a 14 day period is surely not enough to feed several million, even assuming that every one reaches its target(which many will not).

A government needs to be held in check by critical thinking. The herd mentality thinking(War) is prevalent now. Question your government and their motives, and then question them again. Too little of this is currently occurring.
