Making friendship with a deadly poisonous snake can be disastrous anytime, until and unless that poison gland is taken out. The whole world remembers the Indian prime minister's historic visit to Lahore to make peace and this deadly double tongue snake had attacked Kargil mean time and this snake cannot be trusted again. I think India should wait and see how these huge american aid and other countries aid in billions will be used in the next 2 years. Will these funds go into their pockets and funnled into the hands of terrorists again. NYT article said americans stop funding in last decade because 25% of the funds had gone to their personal overseas saving account during Bhutto and Nawab Sheriff's regime and Gen. Musharraf also said this. Killing innocent people in Kashmir and christians in Pakistan should stop first and then talk about peace dialogue. Terrorists always claim that they are fighting for freedom in Kashmir and in other places and Gen. Musharraf has been supporting it. What independence do they need from those 16 innocents christians praying in a Church. I have not heard any country supporting Gen. Musharraf claim that they are fighting for freedom. I think only the minority muslim radicals in kashmir want to join Pakistan so that they can have more terrorists camps. Majority are much safer and secular being in India and also economical. Sripad
