OT:

I have a few questions regarding mortgages. Pardon the interruption, but this is the most knowledgeable forum I can think of.

In your estimation, how will the retirement of the 30yr bond affect 30 yr mortgage rates? ARM rates (if at all)?

At what point do mortgages qualify for "jumbo" rates, and do you have any idea when the entities that control this figure will update it?
