debka.com I'd also advise reading the two articles about Hadera and Arafat. Debka is going so far as to suggest Sharon is soft...

"US military strength in its present field strength has no way of “smoking the terrorists out of their holes” as President Bush promised the nation at the outset of the war."

Back in 1800's my great grandpa used to sit on the porch with a Marlin 25/20 and pop "varmints" in the cleared fields in the evenings.

We're in the same situation in Afghanistan. We've cleared the fields. Now we can take the cities and take our time. When the enemy moves out from hiding they are vulnerable.

Instead of climbing into their holes, wait 'till they come out. Time is on our side, not theirs.

Wow, these guys are a lot worse than the National Enquirer. Large numbers of Russian troops in Afghanistan? I don't think Putin has lost his mind yet.

The idea of using tactical nukes just because the Taliban didn't collapse on schedule is an option that I hope stays in the realm of the DEBKAfiles.

Somehow they forgot to mention the aliens from Mars chanting, "Allah, Allah." Must have been in a later edition.
