Agreed 100%, although I think we won't actually bomb the mosques unless they become military command & control centers, which Al Qaeda & the Taliban undoubtedly would do w/o hesitation. Even during WWII bombing raids over Germany, we went out of our way to avoid bombing churches. Of course, even Hitler didn't militarize churches, as far as I know. But then again, his wasn't a Jihad. I think we also ought to start using psyops on our own media <g>.

I think we need to send another message to the Afghanis... I agree with you. At least let them know to clear away from anywhere the Taliban are. Also I don't understand why we didn't wipe out those 5,000 dummies who crossed the border from Pakistan with weapons slung over their shoulders to support the Taliban. Killing them close to the border would have saved the trouble of transporting the bodies all the way back to the border. BirdDog

I think we need to send another message to the Afghanis living in the cities that we cannot, and will not, guarantee their safety if they permit the Taliban to use Mosques, hospitals, or other civilian facilities to shelter their weapons and troops. And that means these civilians need to completely avoid being ANYWHERE near such military targets, or better yet, leave the cities altogether leaving only Taliban there. Most Afghans are Pushtoons and the Taliban are Pushtoons. They will stick to them like glue until it is absolutely clear that they are losers, which is far from clear at the moment.
