I read somewhere that Raytheon named in HELX in a lawsuit because of allegations of faulty parts supplied by HELX for it's missiles. While HELX says the suit is not material and it doesn't make that product anymore, does anyone know what parts or component of the missile Helix dealt with? Does Helix still have products/applications for/in the military? I guess what I am really asking is that with the way the world changed on 9/11 if there will be a millitary demand to be filled by HELX.
