Where in my post do I advocate a system similar to the old USSR?

I merely made the statement that Chambers is absurdly overpaid right now when compared to his competitors. That's capitalistic.

Thankfully, the only people getting hurt by the largess granted to Chambers are Cisco shareholders. They're the ones that vote for that absurd compensation schedule.
