buy sterilizing machines for 250 different post offices around the country. I believe these are the same machines that have been manufactured to stop spoilage in meat and vegetables by irradiating them. They have been held up from usage by "Environmentalists" who spread fear that the radioactivity used would harm people. How the worm does turn!

Jill, I guess I should have been more clear... I'm asserting that the Anthrax scare may be the work of domestic terrorist ala Timothy McVeigh... Lots of white supremist groups have been itching for the opportunity to create instability in the US in order to advance their cause. And given their fanatical belief that American is run by Jews, Blacks, and other's they consider "un-american", we can not discount the possibility they viewed the attack on the WTC as a Jewish plot (funny how many musliims claim the same thing) which they thought provided them the opportunity to wreak a little havoc of their own. I don't think it has anything to do with actually causing damage. The side effects are more destructive. Look at 9/11. Secondary effect - the near collapse of the US domestic air industry. Anthrax through the mail, secondary effect - collapse of the US postal system? Terrorists getting CDLs? A terrorist attack using 18 wheelers, secondary effect - collapse of the North American interstate trucking industry. Now THOSE are examples of massive terrorist damage.
