Lars;

That is a very misleading statement. "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch." What does the increased startup time cost the user later in their session? If the browser could start way faster than IE without any penalty during the user experience, such as having to load other needed components, then startup speed would not be a setting.

How much memory do you have on the machine with MSIE? Which version of MSIE? I use IE6.
