ISSC: Had a good opening gap. A good part of their business is with the military. They reported early this morning record sales and earnings for the twelve months ended September 30, 2001 of $34.4 million and $7.5 million, respectively. The PE is around 11, the float around 8.2M. The daily average volume around 29K and there are around 171K shares short.<g> Institutions hold 80% of the shares and reportedly had been buying lately.
