Although the suggested reading lists generally refer to articles in Foreign Affairs magazine, please feel free to suggest or post useful information from any other source. Hawk, I did not even have the courtesy to read the precepts so plainly laid out by Faultline...I didn't even request a "by your leave" and notice that it was a moderated thread...I barged in...and you were gentlemanly anyway...perhaps moreso than would I be if foot in the other shoe!!!...Regards....jj
