Hey Isopatch, Well as you know I agree on that. Been researching dividend stuff for a while now as one aspect. Sounds like my 'relaxing portfolio' I was talking about a few months back :o). More and more people will eventually see the light and hop on the band wagon in the months and years Will be nice for me to be in on the very beginning of a trend for a change and all 'those folks' will of course end up creating some capital gains opportunities early adopters too ;o) regards Kastel Edit: I would be interested in any other type of income producing ideas you find.
