That strategy has indeed done pretty well for me.

It took me a while to learn my lesson, though. Prior to the mid to late 90's I thought that I could short sell valuation and be rewarded. After a few expensive lessons, I realized that a successful short sale needs both overvaluation and deteriorating fundamentals. Invariably, this deterioration is evident on the balance sheet before the income statement shows an impact.

it does not bother you that Intel expected cost saving are only 25% from new process while most expected ~80%? It also does not bother you that the way it was phrased the real cost saving would not be even close to 25%?
