RE: That is not a way to invest people

1) Buy low, sell high - volatility creates opportunity
2) I've got a day job - can't risk a short
3) IRA account, 20 years to run - I'm not worried

It may not be your way to invest, but not shorting has worked out ok for me. I've only held a small number of shares from when CKFR was in the stratosphere. Now I'm putting the cash back to work that I got from selling at 50 and higher and looking for another elevator ride up.

Howdee there . Glad to see you made your way to the CKFR thread, welcome!

You don't know me, do you?

Perhaps you will spend some time here on SI and get to know me. Maybe you will even do a little research into this company, CheckFree; beyond the charts.

<<Why is no one teaching people how to trade here? I thought SI was better than this.>>

With all due respect, your profile shows aabout 10 posts from you since joining in '97. Perhaps you are mainly a lurker, tht's fine, I do my share of lurking too.

But for you to come to this thread and make a comment like that is just plain ignorant(no offense meant). Just do your homework.
