ewolf, Avalon is a market maker in their own right, so they certainly could play short-term fluctuations easily if they want. I have no idea if they do so or not - looking at their total volume of trades as a MM in most biotechs (not that large) I'd guess they don't. CVTX has been weak here - I just hope it isn't a leak from their trial results. Incidentally I don't see any Avalon activity in CVTX at all (through September). Peter
