Sure, you can take little pieces of the rest of the world, find the best from each and form a composite yet you cannot name ONE other country in the world that is better on all counts than here. If you did, I suspect you'd be there. BTW, a fellow from a Scandanavian country tells me they send lots of their University students here because even if they pay the tuition it is cheaper and better than them spending the money to build their own education system so the Scandanavians are living well off of our dime. Figures, that why we're better.
