you must be nervous and going opposite of your fear may be ... Actually, given the herd mentality, I think I am doing the rational thing. I've been trading the semi equip a long time, and they usually rise huge after these kinds of upgrades. The short interest in these things is immense. My guess is I will be able to lay them out higher. If I'm wrong, it won't be the first time and I'll move on to the next trade. BTW, I am now flat except for a small piece of KLAC on which I'm waiting for my bid to be hit. Jay
