Hi Karl,

<<necessary to consult an Attorney in the preparation>> I suspect that they are consulting with an attorney to learn if there is anything patentable, receive guidance, and work out a strategy for protection of the process. There's a lot more cost, it time and effort, than just the cost in pushing the paper. Time spent on a worthless effort is time lost from something more important. There isn’t an over supply of employees to be doing everything. It could just be they are working patent hype. VBG

Karl,

Nice post you did, exactly the type of info needed here.

Now with that said, i must acknowledge that this post of mine
represents the opposite, yes, but as Richard Mazzarella just
posted to you,

"It could just be they are working patent hype."

this taken out of context represents the idiot'ism thats rules here.

Specifically and with precision to details, that taken out of context
of what the Richard of The Mazz said, says a lot of nothing, as follows.

"It could just be they are working patent hype."

Its that where it depends what you mean by is is.

Here its depends what Richard means by "they" is they is who.

Since the public official information available has no mention
of what is discussed as false or truth, then ya'up its all folly talk.

Not to say your post was, as it was not, but only that Richard
replied to it as if he knew what was was what was :o)

sorry, and i'm wondering how your job profession is going,
as it seems that you are indeed creating good stuff, that being
that you are doing those Patent Pending activity.

O.T. + a request for an O.T.

Karl, This thread has near zero activity as a direct result of same
from the company its respresents so hopefully its ok to engage in
some off topic posts until this company either delivers or vanishes.

First, any follow-up(s) to what you posted long ago would be welcomed
by me and a few others i'm sure.

Also, since scientists Zeev and Richard are no-shows here,
might you comment on the following article, and especially if
you are able to translate any of the "For story (in German)"
for us here. Thanks, Doug

Transparent Aluminum -
Three Times Stronger Than Steel
2-25-2
A ceramic research lab in Dresden, Germany, has developed
transparent aluminum by subjecting fine-grained...
aluminum to a whopping 1200 degrees Celsius...
result of which is amazingly light but three times tougher
than hardened steel of the same thickness, and it's see-through.

Needless to say, the Pentagon is quite interested.
