patron_anejo_por_favor,re:"lower rate". Does it help the 'have'not class'?
Noop. But then that's not the objective of the Gov and Corp.of.America to
help the stupid "have'not class".

The effect is 'more liquidity' flowing into 'asset' --> READ inflation and
Monopoly. As gov. provides more money for the syndicates to buy up
more properties, they are more or less controlled by small groups of
well financed 'Corps'.

And they are 'mean' (or shrewd businessman) pending on which side
you are looking at. I'm now required to give 60-days notice at end of
lease. Do you know anyplace to hold the apartment 60-days for you to
move in?

I'm beginning to see why 'China' became communism sometimes back.
Natural progression will lead to 'HAVE' and 'HAVE'not' to the extreme.

AG(Fed), thanks a lot for the 'lower-rate' and 'NO INFLATIN',
now I can pay more for the apartment/housing-rent, insurances.....
