No way man, you got your moral decay wrong. Exiting Afghanistan after the Soviet pullout in 1989 is where the moral decay lies. The United States dumped afghanistan, forgot about it. The country was dying, it was ripe for exactly what happened. It was a mess created by other people, not clinton. Do a job, do it right. Sweeping Afghanistan's problems under a carpet is , I don't know what is, but it ain't right, how reagan left the country.
