You yourself admitted that these appeals happened in our last exchange: TM: The exhaustive studies by Benny Morris (controversial only because of their implications) clearly demonstrate that any Arab appeals to evacuate were a miniscule factor NC: A miniscule factor? But I thought you said they never even existed, in fact, you called them "a flagrant lie". More than once, in fact. Change your mind? They were documented by contemporary BRITISH observers, as I have shown. Nor have I EVER said that they were the sole, or even the majority cause of Palestinian refugees. I said they were a factor. Usual tactic of turning your opponents into a straw man.
